Very satisfied

I went in for an oil change and they did do a couple other things like rotate the tires. But it didn't seem like it should have taken an hour and a half. The waiting room is tiny now, I understand, they are renovating. But it was very cramped in there with people, no tv, no coffee or even water. When I checked out I was told that someone else bought it out and now my oil changes will not be complimentary. Needless to say I will not be returning and my next car will never be purchased there.

On time as promised.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. The technician that did the oil and tire rotation ruined the racks on my pick-up truck. After contacting the department, I was met with a defensive and unprofessional attitude. I was told during the initial call that I had to be at the dealership by 3pm that afternoon. I work for a living and wasn’t able to leave my job early on short notice so I went the following morning. Once again I was met with attitude from the technician and was scolded for not being there by 3 the previous day. There is no way the damage to my racks wasn't obvious to the technician and NOTHING was said to me. It wasn't until I attempted to put a ladder on the racks that I noticed they were bent and loose from the truck bed. No one but me drives my truck and there I did not do the damage. I’m still waiting for someone to call me to discuss next steps replace my racks. They are not repairable. I’m a contractor and need the racks replaced asap to perform my work. VIP customer had my oil changed. Priority auto is being bought out. So they won’t honor the free oil changes. My next car will be purchased somewhere else..
